<p>ELEKS <a rel="noopener noreferrer" class="postings-link" href="https://careers.eleks.com/about/data-science-office/">Artificial Intelligence Office</a> is looking for a Data Scientist&nbsp;in Poland or Croatia.</p><p><br></p><p><b>ABOUT PROJECT&nbsp;</b></p><p><span style="font-size: 14.6667px;">Our client is a Germany-based global supplier of pharmaceutical and laboratory equipment, specializing in Bioprocess Solutions and Lab Products &amp; Services. </span></p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>REQUIREMENTS</b><ul><li>5+ years of experience in the Data Science field</li><li>Strong expertise in both Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing </li><li>Hands-on experience with one or more of the following CV tasks: activity detection (HAR), pose estimation/skeleton extraction, hand gesture detection, object localization/re-identification</li><li>Experience with one or more of the following NLP tasks: dictionary learning, information retrieval, LLMs</li><li>Familiarity with contrastive loss, CLIP, and temporal models is a strong plus</li><li>Proficiency in Python for data science and machine learning tasks</li><li>Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written)</li><li>Willingness to travel for occasional business trips</li></ul><p><br></p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b><ul><li>Create innovative AI models and algorithms to support smart user guidance systems, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and user experience</li><li>Utilize a combination of CV and NLP methods to analyze visual and textual data, enabling intelligent system responses and feedback</li><li>Build and test proof-of-concept models to demonstrate feasibility, performance, and scalability of AI-driven features</li><li>Work closely with a cross-functional team to align AI development with project goals and system architecture</li><li>Provide input on interface and workflow design to ensure seamless integration of AI components into the user guidance system</li><li>Collect, preprocess, and analyze data to train models, ensuring high accuracy and reliability in real-time environments</li><li>Maintain clear documentation of methodologies, experiments, and results; contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices</li><li>Keep up-to-date with advancements in AI, CV, and NLP to continuously improve solutions and recommend new approaches</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li><br></li></ul><p><br></p><p></p>\n
