Our experienced team delivers effective results, aligning with your business goals with site buildouts, cloud integration, system enhancements, and platform transitions.</p><p><br><br></p><p>About the role:</p><p>As a Business Analyst, you should be adept at analyzing business needs, designing solutions, defining workflows, providing solutions, and implementing enhancements to improve our Salesforce and/ or Shopify environment.</p><p></p><p>Your primary responsibilities will include:</p><ul> <li>Detail and document high-level to low-level functional and nonfunctional requirements and user stories, while also prioritizing business requirements, processes, and value</li> <li>Understand the team’s needs and facilitate their setting of project goals and objectives</li> <li>Prepare technical reports by collecting and analyzing information and trends</li> <li>Facilitate meetings and presentations to senior and C-suite stakeholders</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field</li> <li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Salesforce and Shopify experience</li> <li>Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa</li> <li>Experience with the Salesforce environment</li> <li>Familiarity with Shopify's e-commerce functionalities</li> <li>Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana</li> <li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p></p><p>Why You’ll Love Kasama</p><p>Kasama offers a career experience defined by growth, impact, and global collaboration.
