From world-class content campaigns to global travel activations, they help brands capture culture and connect with audiences through curated visuals and bold creative.</p><p>They are currently seeking a Graphic Designer who thrives at the intersection of design, branding, and social media—someone with a strong aesthetic eye and a natural instinct for what performs visually in today’s attention economy.</p><p></p><p><strong>Your Role</strong></p><p>As the Social Media Strategy Manager, you’ll lead content strategy across all digital platforms—working closely with our design, production, and talent teams to ensure every post, reel, and story is high-impact, on-trend, and on-brand.</p><p></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul> <li>Own the social strategy across brand's channels (IG, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)</li> <li>Develop and manage monthly content calendars, aligning brand voice, seasonal campaigns, and influencer activations</li> <li>Monitor trends, hashtags, audio, and platform changes to keep our content ahead of the curve</li> <li>Write compelling copy and creative direction briefs for designers and editors</li> <li>Collaborate with influencer managers to amplify client and creator content strategically</li> <li>Analyze performance, adjust strategy, and report wins and insights weekly</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>You’re a Fit If You...</strong></p><ul> <li>Have 3+ years of experience in social media strategy, content marketing, or brand storytelling</li> <li>Are fluent in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Threads, and know what’s performing and why</li> <li>Understand how to balance storytelling, visuals, and CTA to drive engagement and results</li> <li>Have a strong creative eye, know how to brief creators and editors, and can tell what makes a reel or post pop</li> <li>Are organized, proactive, obsessed with culture, and thrive in a fast-paced, visual-first environment</li> <li>Interview Process: meet with Lindsey + then create video / content for team</li> </ul>
