<p>We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative &amp; Marketing Specialist to drive growth and expand our client base in the charter transportation sector. The ideal candidate will be skilled in prospecting, client relationship management, and negotiation, with proven experience using Zoho CRM, or similar CRM, and ZoomInfo. This role requires a proactive approach to both sales and marketing, ensuring a seamless experience for prospects and clients alike.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul><li><strong>Prospecting &amp; Lead Generation</strong><ul><li>Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities using ZoomInfo, Zoho CRM, and other prospecting tools </li><li>Execute outbound outreach via calls, emails, and social media to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline </li><li>Attend and represent the company at industry events and conferences as needed</li></ul></li><li><strong>Client Relationship Management</strong><ul><li>Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention </li><li>Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups within Zoho CRM </li><li>Serve as a consultative partner, understanding client needs and providing tailored charter transportation solutions</li></ul></li><li><strong>Negotiation &amp; Closing</strong><ul><li>Lead negotiations with prospects and clients to secure new contracts and renewals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver accurate pricing, proposals, and service agreements.</li></ul></li></ul>

<ul><li><strong>Marketing Support</strong><ul><li>Work with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns targeting key market segments.</li><li>Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic outreach and positioning</li><li>Deliver market insights and client feedback to improve service offerings and marketing strategies</li></ul></li><li><strong>Reporting &amp; Pipeline Management</strong><ul><li>Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and opportunities, updating Zoho CRM regularly with activity and progress </li><li>Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and key metrics to management.</li></ul></li></ul>
<p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul><li>Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in transportation, logistics, or B2B services </li><li>Comfortable and proficient with Zoho CRM and ZoomInfo for prospecting and client management </li><li>Demonstrated ability in prospecting, client relationship management, and negotiation </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Analytical mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant experience.</li></ul>
<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>
<ul><li>Experience in the charter transportation or logistics industry.</li><li>Familiarity with additional sales and marketing automation tools.</li></ul>
