The incumbent may be placed in primarily an implementation or customer support <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">(post-implementation)</span> role and may move between the two, as needed by the business. The Senior Implementation Specialist interacts directly with customers.</p><p></p><p><b>How You Will Contribute:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Create and configure new and existing moderately (or greater) complex customer websites (using third party software), following established SOPs and best practices.</li><li>Responsible for final testing and auditing of own and others configured of moderate complexity software to ensure proper functioning, with oversight.</li><li>Assist with providing guidance on the development of SOPs</li><li>Build courteous and successful relationships with customers, vendors and carriers to improve customer retention.</li><li>Primarily responsible for documentation of renewal, sales, and insurance operations compliance documents into the sales management database.</li><li>Assist with the education of customers’ HR administrators on benefits programs, legislation, and regulatory requirements, with respect to assigned software, with very limited oversight.</li><li>Assist with training customers’ HR administrators on assigned software, with very limited oversight.</li><li>Provide direct and indirect (through teammate development) daily support to assigned customers and/or customers as directed</li><li>Maintains a functional knowledge of health and benefits products, services and tools in order to appropriately configure and test software tools.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills &amp; Experience to Be Successful:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Minimum education required: Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience</li><li>5+ years of Bswift software implementation experience</li><li>Ability to readily learn and apply new information/concepts</li><li>Intermediate knowledge of benefits administration software implementation, ideally obtained through a service provider or mid to large market reseller</li><li>Ability to travel for work if requested (Less than 5% of the time)</li><li>Exceptional telephone demeanor, professional approach to problem-solving</li><li>Attention to detail and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines</li></ul><p></p><p>​<b>Total Rewards Compensation:</b></p><p>Performance-based Bonus</p><p></p><p><b>Pay Range</b></p><p>58k-75k based on experience</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Pay Range</b></p>$60,000 - $75,000 Annual<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><i><span>The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly </span><span>rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.</span></i></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Teammate Benefits &amp; Total Well-Being</b></p><p style="text-align:left">We go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:</p><ul><li><i><u>Health Benefits</u></i>: Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability <span><span><span><span><span><span class="WKM1"><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">Insurance&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li><li><i><u>Financial Benefits</u></i>: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement&nbsp;</li><li><i><u>Mental Health &amp; Wellness</u></i>: Free Mental Health &amp;&nbsp;Enhanced Advocacy Services</li><li><i><u>Beyond Benefits</u></i>: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><i>Not reflective of all benefits.
