<p><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">MODE Global is seeking a&nbsp;<strong>Billing Manager</strong> to join our Shared Services team. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end billing operations across all business segments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role leads a team of billing professionals, implements process improvements, and collaborates cross-functionally with finance, operations, and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize revenue flow<strong>.</strong></span></p>

<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Oversee and manage the billing team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of billing operations</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Oversee the day-to-day work of the outsource partner and analyze/solution problems with the partner as needed.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Oversee vendor strategy, sourcing, and contract management</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Mentor, train, and develop team members to enhance skills and productivity</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Allocate resources and assign tasks based on workload and priorities</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Ensure all customer invoices are generated correctly and delivered on schedule</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Monitor billing cycles and resolve discrepancies or errors promptly</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Implement and maintain efficient billing processes and systems</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Conduct regular audits and reviews of billing records to identify and rectify inconsistencies</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Analyze billing trends and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue optimization</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Work closely with sales, finance, customer service, and IT teams to resolve billing issues and improve workflows</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Address escalated billing inquiries and disputes from clients</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction with billing services</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Lead initiatives to upgrade or implement billing software and automation tools</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Liaise with IT for troubleshooting and system enhancements related to billing functions</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Contribute to departmental and organizational strategic goals related to revenue management and billing efficiency</span></li>
</ul>
<h4>Qualifications</h4><br><ul style="list-style-type:square">
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, related field, or equivalent experience&nbsp;</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">5+ years of experience in billing, order-to-cash, or revenue operations in a fast-paced environment</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">2+ years in a management role leading billing teams, with experience navigating complex operational challenges.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Management experience in a Shared Service Center is a plus</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Proactive problem solver that can collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, and operation teams.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Strong Microsoft Excel Skills, including formulas, pivot table, and data analysis </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Experience working with various electronic portals.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Assertive communication style with the ability to manage difficult conservations professionally</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Strong communication skills and ability to partner across all levels of the organization</span></li>
