With a diverse team of over 350 professionals, they are helping millions of travelers stay connected across more than 180 destinations worldwide.</p><p></p><p><strong>About the role:</strong><br>Our client is looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial, and results-driven Country Growth & Marketing Strategy Manager to lead their market entry and scale-up in China. This is a foundational role, the first local hire on the ground, and the selected candidate will spearhead the go-to-market strategy, build brand awareness, drive user acquisition across Chinese digital platforms, and oversee local partnerships.This is a hands-on role with high autonomy, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to build and scale from the ground up.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li> <strong>Go-to-Market Leadership:</strong> Lead the market entry in China, developing and executing a phased launch and scale strategy.</li> <li> <strong>Performance Marketing:</strong> Own digital acquisition across platforms such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Baidu, Douyin, Weibo, etc. Optimize for growth KPIs like CAC, ROAS, and LTV.</li> <li> <strong>Localization Strategy:</strong> Adapt the value proposition and product messaging for the Chinese audience.</li> <li> <strong>Partnership & Agency Management:</strong> Identify and manage local growth partners, digital agencies, affiliate channels, and e-commerce collaborators.</li> <li> <strong>Brand Building:</strong> Work together with agencies to launch integrated campaigns to grow brand awareness.
