<p><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">The Data Insights Architect is a key member of the PAN Foundation’s Data Analytics team reporting to the Senior Director of Business Intelligence &amp; Data Analytics.&nbsp; The incumbent will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and scaling data solutions that power the organization's reporting, analytics, and decision-making capabilities to meet the overarching business goals.&nbsp;</span></span></p>

<li><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Design, develop, and maintain scalable <strong>data architecture and reporting solutions</strong> using <strong>Snowflake</strong> and <strong>Tableau</strong>.</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Produce high-quality, validated, and well-documented data outputs that support executive and operational decision-making.</span></span></li>

<li><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Drive <strong>reporting standardization</strong> efforts across departments by implementing enterprise-wide data definitions and metric governance.</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Partner with the Senior Director and other IT teams to evolve the <strong>Enterprise Data Warehouse</strong> and ensure alignment with long-term data strategy.</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Stay current on industry trends and emerging tools in data architecture and visualization to inform continuous improvement.</span></span></li>
