We are seeking a creative and technically-minded individual to join our team as a Brand Voice & Marketing Copywriter. This role requires a blend of creative writing skills and the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to a highly educated audience of engineers and physists expertising in quantum computing. </p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong> </p><ul><li><strong>High-Impact Copywriting</strong>: Write and rewrite compelling, high-impact copy for a variety of marketing assets, including web pages, email campaigns, paid media ads, and video scripts. </li><li><strong>Brand Voice & Storytelling</strong>: Maintain and evolve a distinctive and empathetic brand voice across all channels. Turn complex technical topics into clear, human, and scroll-stopping storytelling. </li><li><strong>Content Calendar Execution</strong>: Own the execution of our content calendar across all owned and earned media channels. </li><li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong>: Collaborate closely with the Marketing Programs Manager, design, and product marketing teams to produce compelling content that resonates with our target audience. </li></ul><p><br></p><br> <b>Requirements</b><br><p><strong>Key Requirements</strong> :</p><ul><li>7+ years of experience in copywriting or content roles, with a strong focus on marketing and branding in the deep tech industry. </li><li>A versatile portfolio showcasing your ability to create a wide range of marketing assets for different channels and audiences. </li><li>Native English speaker - a must. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Technical Aptitude</strong>: </p><ul><li>A technical academic background or experience in physics, engineering, or a related technical field is a big plus. </li><li>Proficiency in learning, understanding, and communicating complex scientific and engineering concepts. </li><li>Experience with hardware products is a plus. </li><li>Skilled at working with technical subject matter experts to translate complex input into publishable content. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills & Competencies</strong>: </p><ul><li><strong>Creative First</strong>: You are a creative individual with a proven ability to ideate and execute with efficiency. </li><li><strong>Voice-Obsessed</strong>: You have experience building or stewarding a brand voice and can flex it for different channels and audiences. </li><li><strong>Multi-Channel Maker</strong>: You are equally comfortable with a long-form blog post, a three-word call-to-action (CTA), or a landing page headline. </li><li><strong>Collaborative & Driven</strong>: You are a collaborative team player, customer-obsessed, and driven by efficient execution. </li><li><strong>Data-Driven</strong>: An understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them, with experience using analytics to measure content performance and inform strategy. </li></ul><p> </p><br> <b>Preferred Skills</b><br>None<br>
