Position Overview:

As a Remote Admin Officer at Best Life Pharmacy, you will play a crucial role in managing daily administrative tasks, organizing company records, and ensuring effective communication between departments. You will be an essential part of the team, ensuring that our operations run efficiently and our customers receive timely, high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and prioritize administrative tasks, including managing schedules, handling emails, and responding to internal and external queries.
• Support the Operations Manager in implementing organizational systems and processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital records, files, and documentation.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
• Process and manage pharmacy-related documentation, including prescription records and insurance claims, in compliance with privacy regulations (HIPAA).
• Assist in maintaining inventory records and coordinating pharmacy orders.
• Communicate regularly with team members to ensure all tasks are completed on time and within company standards.
• Prepare and submit weekly or monthly administrative reports for management review.
• Perform any other administrative tasks as needed by the team or leadership.

Required Qualifications:
• Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States
• 1+ year of administrative or office support experience (preferably in healthcare or pharmacy settings)
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.) and project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting
• Knowledge of pharmacy processes or systems is a plus
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

We are seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative located in the United States to assist our customers with their pharmacy-related needs. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and experienced in providing top-tier customer support—especially in the healthcare or pharmacy industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly and professional assistance to U.S.-based customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Help customers manage prescriptions, refills, payments, order tracking, and account questions.
• Handle insurance verification questions and guide customers through the ordering process.
• Collaborate with licensed pharmacists and other internal teams to resolve issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with pharmacy software or platforms like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or equivalent
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
