About the position

The Complex Director of Group Optimization is responsible for aligning new group and local business opportunities with the meeting space inventory strategy and strategic goals of each hotel. This role involves providing business intelligence, analyzing leads, and evaluating the overall health of each group while considering booking trends and historical performance. The position requires collaboration with various directors to ensure operational excellence and a best-in-class workplace culture.

Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Director of Revenue Management, Director of Sales and Marketing, and Directors of Catering & Events.

• Provide business intelligence and analyze leads to understand the total health of each group.
,
• Evaluate available meeting space and consider booking trends and historical performance.
,
• Develop innovative and forward-thinking team members.
,
• Ensure a workplace that aligns with Hilton's values, mission, and purpose.

• Hire, engage, and develop top hospitality talent.

• Lead the implementation of Americas initiatives and objectives with a commitment to excellence.

Requirements
• BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
,
• Seven (7) years of hospitality experience in sales, catering/events, revenue, or analytical roles
,
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in hotel management
