<p><strong>Position: Data & Insights Manager</strong><br></p>

<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong><br></p>
<ul><li>Track & organize performance data from creator posts (impressions, audience, etc) <br></li><li>Compare how posts perform against past averages <br></li><li>Create sentiment analysis and word clouds from post comments <br></li><li>Build visual reports with the data, showing campaign results <br></li><li>Organize and maintain historical data for trend analysis and benchmarking <br></li><li>Structure campaign data for easy access across teams and integration with our CMS <br></li><li>Send email requests to influencers/creators requesting their campaign data/analytics and file on Google Drive</li></ul><p><strong>Software Knowledge Preferred:</strong><br></p>
<ul><li>Comfortable working with Excel and data analysis <br></li><li>Proficient in PowerPoint, Canva, and Google Suite <br></li><li>Some experience with social media metrics <br></li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail <br></li><li>Ability to work autonomously and develop/maintain processes <br></li><li>Someone who genuinely loves working with numbers and data<br></li><li>Fluent written & spoken English </li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<p>As you will be working from home, please be advised that we will require you to prepare certain Technical Requirements for you to meet the industry standard.<br></p>
<ul><li>A dedicated secluded working space away from noise and any distractions</li><li>Updated personal computer or laptop with webcam</li><li>Stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps and a backup of a pocket WiFi or Mobile Data</li></ul>
