Position will be remote and candidate can live anywhere in the US.</span></span><br><br><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;"><b>Primary Responsibilities:</b></span></span><ul><li><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">Assist identified markets with constituent outreach to increase retention and activation of Walk team captains, fundraisers and volunteers with priorities determined by local market lead in conjunction with Senior Manager, Nationwide Operations.</span></span></span></li></ul><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">Outreach to include, but not limited to phone calls, text messaging and emails for:</span></span><ul><li><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">Kickoff event outreach</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">Re-recruitment of Team Captains</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">Re-recruitment of previous year Walkers</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">Call Blitz and National Incentive Challenges</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">Fundraising activation or goal achievement</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">Post event follow up including incentive and recognition follow up</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">Communicate with local market leads on assigned tasks and provide follow up notes to identified markets.</span></span></span></li></ul><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;"><b>POSITION REQUIREMENTS:</b><br><b>Education: </b>Associate’s degree or equivalent experience<br><b>Experience: </b>2+ years’ work experience preferred (administrative, fundraising, and/or special events) and working with volunteers, including grassroots organizing and volunteer mobilization.
