<p>Description</p><p><strong>REMOTE WITH TRAVEL TO CUSTOMERS WITHIN SURROUNDING AREAS/ STATES OF ATLANTA, GA</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The Customer Service Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the reliability and performance of LayerZero’s Power Systems, Inc. This position involves hands-on service, technical support, and customer interaction, both on-site and remotely. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical troubleshooting skills, a commitment to safety, and a customer-first mindset.</p><p>Requirements</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>PRIMARY DUTIES:</strong></p><p>This position includes the following primary duties:</p><ul><li>Perform startup, commissioning, service, and preventive maintenance on LayerZero equipment:</li></ul><align-left>o Static transfer switches</align-left><align-left>o Power distribution equipment</align-left><align-left>o Remote power panels</align-left><ul><li>Provide customer support while on site and via email and phone</li><li>Maintain timely and detailed service records in the LayerZero system</li><li>Provide emergency response for critical incidents</li><li>Regularly scheduled time slots for 1-844-855-5977 LayerZero 24/7 incident response</li></ul><p><strong>EXPERIENCE, SKILLS &amp; EDUCATION:</strong></p><ul><li>Service experience with electric power systems – Required.</li><li>Electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills – Required.</li><li>Ability to read diagrams and schematics – Required.</li><li>Familiarity with programming printed circuit boards via PC based programs – Required.</li><li>Safety awareness and electrical PPE knowledge – Required.</li><li>Associate degree in electrical field – Preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Electronics or electrical training from military service – Preferred.</li><li>Clean driving record – Required.</li><li>US Citizenship or C1 Permanent Resident Alien status - Required.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>WORK LOCATION:</strong></p><ul><li>Training to be conducted at LayerZero Headquarters in Aurora, Ohio.&nbsp;</li><li>Field service work is performed at customer sites through the US and Canada.
