• Provides expertise and guidance for systems incident responses and troubleshooting.

• Leads systems incident support and troubleshooting for complex issues.

• Develops and validates complex testing scenarios to ensure software solutions meet functional specifications.
Requirements
• Minimum five (5) years experience in project implementation applying development life cycles (e.g., SDLC).

• Minimum two (2) years in a technical leadership role.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field with a minimum of eight (8) years experience in software development or a related field.
Nice-to-haves
• Two (2) years of experience interacting with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).

• Four (4) years experience in systems analysis, including defining technical requirements and performing high-level design for complex solutions.
