Responsibilities
• Uphold the integrity of real estate portfolio data for a large client portfolio.

• Input, maintain, organize, and report on lease dates, dollar values, and financial transactions in lease management software.

• Prepare, process, and reconcile accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) transactions.
,
• Respond promptly to multiple requests from landlords, tenants, and property managers.
,
• Process invoices, interpret leases, resolve payment issues, and manage aging collections.
,
• Track payables and receivables associated with leases in the portfolio.
,
• Prepare export files for accounting payables processing.
,
• Review incoming invoices for errors and ensure correct coding with lease documents.
,
• Prepare and distribute periodic and ad hoc reports accurately and timely.
,
• Perform annual operating expense reconciliations and monitor audit requirements in lease documents.

• Create and maintain client lease files with current and accurate information.
Requirements
• High school degree or general education degree required.
,
• Minimum of four years related work experience, preferably in commercial property management or accounting.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Real Estate preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
,
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
,
• In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles.

• Ability to calculate complex figures and conduct financial/business analysis.
