Locally owned and operated in Martin and St. Lucie Counties, Signature Property Management, Inc. is looking for an experienced, full-time, Administrative Assistant with a strong skill set to support the efforts of our Managers and the Communities we serve. This position serves a mixed portfolio of properties, with some hours staffed on-property. SPM is seeking tech-savvy candidates with proven administrative support and customer service skills. Qualified candidates are proficient with Microsoft Office applications, have superior organization skills, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced professional office. Candidates must possess exceptional customer service and time management skills. Timeliness, attendance, adherence to deadlines and attention to detail are required. Candidates must also demonstrate the ability to master industry-specific software. Health benefits, PTO, and 401(k) available upon completion of the introductory period. Smoke-free workplace encouraged. Reliable transportation required. Remuneration will be commensurate with industry-related experience.
