<h1>Compliance Risk Manager - Remote</h1><p><strong>Department: </strong>JS Compliance</p><p><strong>Employment Type: </strong>Full Time</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Magnolia, TX</p><br><br><h3>Description</h3><div>JS Compliance specializes in Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management consulting.&nbsp; JSC supports our clients in the areas of anhydrous ammonia refrigeration, including process safety, mechanical integrity, engineering, and all EHS regulatory matters.&nbsp; We are seeking a motivated Compliance Risk Manager who has extensive background in Process Safety Management (PSM).&nbsp; This is an excellent career opportunity to work with experts on challenging safety and risk management projects for a myriad of industries and clients.<br><br>
</div><div>JS Compliance PMs are responsible for assisting clients in managing their regulatory programs and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal occupational and environmental safety regulations. &nbsp;<br><br>The Compliance Risk Manager will travel up to 50%.</div><br><br><h3>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</h3><ul>
<li>10+ years of experience in OSHA 1910.119 Process Safety Management (PSM), with a proven track record of compliance and implementation.</li>
<li>&nbsp;In-depth knowledge of anhydrous ammonia refrigeration systems, including operational and safety protocols.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to lead and document comprehensive Process Hazard Analysis (PHAs).</li>
<li>Skilled in conducting thorough compliance audits to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.</li>
<li>Capable of creating detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) tailored to anhydrous ammonia refrigeration systems.</li>
<li>Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to maintaining high standards of performance and integrity.</li>
<li>Courteous, respectful, and approachable in all professional interactions.</li>
<li>Works effectively with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and seamless client support.</li>
<li>Able to climb ladders and access elevated areas as required for inspections or system evaluations.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to convey technical information clearly and effectively.</li>
<li>Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and various web-based applications relevant to documentation and reporting.</li>
<li>Ability to travel up to 50%.</li>
