Serving a primarily female demographic aged 35-65, you’ll leverage creative insights, competitive research, and user-centric design to shape our brand's digital presence. <br><br>Working across multiple platforms &amp; channels, you’ll develop compelling static ads, short-form videos, landing pages, and more. With a clear focus on customer acquisition, you'll play a crucial role in our brand’s strategy and aesthetic, ensuring our content resonates and drives revenue.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>Please note: We welcome remote applicants from any location, provided you can align at least 3 - 4 working hours daily with Singapore working hours (GMT+8).</em></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What You’ll do</strong></h2><h3><strong>Conduct In-Depth Visual Research</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Dive into market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights using diverse resources like forums, social media feeds, Google trends, and ad spy tools.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Distil findings to inform innovative, high-performing creative strategies that resonate with our target demographic.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3><strong>Execute a Strategic Creative Testing Process</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Implement top-performing direct response creative elements within our account, including formats, hooks, and angles.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop and test new concepts by segmenting production schedules, optimizing successful elements and continuously introducing fresh ideas.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate across teams to refine and scale high-performing concepts.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3><strong>Plan for Every Stage of the Customer Journey</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Design creatives tailored to each stage of the customer journey, from awareness (ToFu) to conversion (BoFu) and beyond.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Craft concepts that resonate at each stage, such as pain-point-driven content for awareness, UGC testimonials for consideration, and objection-handling for purchase intent.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3><strong>Create Engaging, Viral Content</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop ads with a strong emphasis on emotional engagement, using top-of-mind awareness strategies to create viral, shareable content.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify emerging trends and integrate them into both static and video content to drive brand visibility and emotional connection.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><h3><strong>Optimize Conversion Levers</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify and address bottlenecks within the sales funnel by implementing design enhancements to boost conversion rates.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Conduct A/B testing on key design elements like CTAs, proof points, and pricing tables, applying rapid-testing insights to improve overall conversion and user experience.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br></p><h2><strong>How you’ll Succeed</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Consistently achieve high click-through rates (CTR) and engagement ratios, with content that encourages shares and positive interactions.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Improve key conversion metrics, including conversion rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (LTV).
