You will own the performance of our Amazon portfolio – maximizing product visibility, executing high-impact marketing strategies, and driving profitability across multiple marketplaces. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage and execute sales, promotions, advertising, and forecasting to deliver measurable results.<br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li> <strong>Deliver profitability and growth</strong> on Amazon by setting strategy and executing on marketing, sales, and merchandising initiatives to hit revenue and profit targets.</li> <li> <strong>Oversee marketplace performance</strong> across all marketplaces while managing organic growth levers, paid advertising, and overall profitability.</li> <li> <strong>Optimize listings for visibility and conversions</strong> by conducting keyword and competitor research, enhancing product content, and collaborating with Creative on high-performing visuals.</li> <li> <strong>Run and refine PPC campaigns</strong> (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to achieve set KPIs and scale profitably.</li> <li> <strong>Plan and execute promotions</strong> including deals, coupons, and pricing strategies with clear performance reporting.</li> <li> <strong>Analyze growth opportunities</strong> through market, customer, and competitor insights to increase share and ranking.</li> <li> <strong>Collaborate with Operations</strong> on forecasting, inventory management, and maintaining premium shipping eligibility.</li> <li> <strong>Report on performance metrics</strong> such as sales, profitability, account health, customer feedback, compliance, and shipping while making data-driven recommendations.</li> <li> <strong>Resolve operational issues</strong> quickly by working with Customer Service and Amazon Seller Support.</li> <li> <strong>Partner cross-functionally</strong> with marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and execution.</li> <li> <strong>Stay ahead of changes</strong> in Amazon policies, category trends, and best practices to protect and grow account health.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Proven track record of growing sales and profitability on Amazon</li> <li>Minimum 3 years of experience managing in an e-commerce Amazon Seller Central environment</li> <li>Experience in consumer goods or office products industries preferred</li> <li>Strong understanding of marketing principles; social media skills desired</li> </ul><p></p><p><br><strong>Knowledge &amp; Skills</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Proven data management and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.</li> <li>Expertise in setting up, managing, and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns.</li> <li>Strong understanding of SEO and keyword optimization for Amazon.</li> <li>E-commerce and digital marketing experience.</li> <li>Proficiency with marketplace tools such as Helium 10 or DataDive</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p><strong>Location</strong></p><p>This is a fully remote position accepting candidates worldwide, however, we have a preference for applicants based in or near Toronto (Canada), South Africa and Eastern Europe.</p><p></p><p><strong>About Intelligent Change</strong></p><p>Intelligent Change guides people toward a more mindful way of living.
