Today, the Company owns and operates approximately 10M square feet across 18 states. </span></span><br><br><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"><b><u><span style="color:#000000;">REPORTING RESPONSIBILITIES</span></u></b></span></span><br><br><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">The <b>Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist</b> will report to the Accounts Payable Manager and is a key participant in the accounts payable process. This position will work <b>remotely</b> during standard <b>US Pacific Time business hours.</b></span></span><br><br><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"><b><u><span style="letter-spacing:0.05pt;">DUTIES</span></u></b></span></span><br> <ul><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Process vendor invoices for assigned properties based on requirements and procedures set by the Company and ensuring timeliness of invoice processing, correctness of invoice processed, completeness of support, and accuracy of general ledger account used, and data entered into Yardi. </span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Set up new vendors in Yardi for approval by the Accounts Payable Lead. </span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Prepare reports for the accounting team management, as assigned. </span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Prepare year-end IRS form 1099 to be issued to vendors. </span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Complete other projects and tasks assigned by accounting management.</span></span></li></ul><br><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"><b><u>QUALIFICATIONS</u></b></span></span></span><br> <ul><li style="margin-left:8px;"><strong><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">CPA license required.</span></span></strong></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><strong><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Graduated cum laude or better from university. </span></span></strong></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Broad based accounting for real estate experience a plus. </span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task. </span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. </span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization and externally with vendors and other outside parties. </span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision. </span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. </span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Must possess a strong work ethic. </span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Must be a team player. </span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Yardi experience preferred.</span></span></li></ul><br><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"><b><u>CONSULTING FEE</u></b></span></span><br><br><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">We offer a generous consulting fee & benefits package, along with the opportunity for development and stability within a well-capitalized, entrepreneurial, and growing real estate investment group.</span></span><br>
