Your Opportunity as the Senior Analyst, Talent Operations - Organization Excellence Lead the administration of our Company's broad range of talent management programs by partnering directly with our Organization and Employee Development Center of Expertise (COE). Collect and analyze a variety of data related to talent and performance initiatives to help influence how we support our workforce both in the short- and long-term. Serve as the subject matter expert on internal HR systems of record as well as performance philosophies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely delivery of talent and performance initiatives. In this role you will: Support the Company’s talent strategies by assisting the COE in delivering talent, performance and development programs Become knowledgeable about our talent programs (e.g., philosophy, purpose, structure, etc.) and connection to our Company strategy and culture Support talent strategy and programs by creating presentations for various internal stakeholders Conduct assessments and analyze internal and external data to identify trends and patterns to help evaluate current talent offerings and recommend continuous improvement opportunities to the COE for consideration Manage the run model administration of our talent management programs including but not limited to performance management processes, objective setting, succession planning, talent assessments, talent mobility, and career development Partner with HRIS and the COE to update and maintain Workday – including documenting requirements, creating test plans and testing desired functionality Develop training and communication materials leveraging various media to help people managers and employees understand what’s required of them Coach employees and managers on talent related topics such as performance, development, engaging in difficult conversations and career planning Train internal HR constituents – including the HR Contact Center – to position them to support various stakeholders throughout the Company Manage the development and maintenance of ongoing reports and dashboards that monitor and provide key talent insights that drive business decisions Use problem solving capabilities to serve as a resource for cases entered and escalated through the HR Contact Center Assist other ad-hoc projects and needs within the Talent Operations and Organization and Employee Development team Assist in facilitating leadership training seminars on the topics of Performance and Career Development Assist the COE in developing materials and reporting on various Talent related metrics, both in support of run-model and ad-hoc data requests Is this the Role for You?
