You’ll be instrumental in developing short-form video content optimized for paid social performance. Your work will directly impact our customer acquisition and revenue growth efforts.</p><p></p><p>This role <strong>requires</strong> a deep understanding of direct response creative strategy, sharp editing skills, and the ability to turn raw assets (product footage, UGC, influencer clips) into compelling ad creatives that convert.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Edit and deliver high-quality, short-form video ads optimized for Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram)</li> <li>Collaborate with the in-house creative and performance teams to concept and execute new ad variations at scale</li> <li>Transform raw product footage, UGC, and influencer content into thumb-stopping creative with strong hooks, messaging, and CTAs</li> <li>Apply performance best practices — including pacing, sound design, subtitles, and ad formats — to drive engagement and conversions</li> <li>Version and iterate top-performing creatives for new angles, formats, and audience segments</li> <li>Maintain a fast turnaround time while upholding creative quality</li> <li>Keep up with the latest trends in social media advertising and video editing to inform future content direction</li> </ul><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>2+ years of experience editing Meta ad creatives for US-based DTC brands</li> <li>Strong portfolio showcasing Meta-first ad videos with measurable impact (conversion-focused, UGC-based, etc.)</li> <li>Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent editing tools</li> <li>Deep understanding of the Meta ad ecosystem and what creative elements drive performance</li> <li>Ability to handle feedback and work collaboratively within a creative team</li> <li>Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple video projects at once</li> <li>Bonus: Experience editing for TikTok ads or other vertical video formats</li> </ul><p></p>
