Formulate SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from databases and data warehouse to provide actionable insights. Develop and implement data models, predictive models and attribution models, with tools such as Snowflake and Databricks, to aid company’s strategic planning. Manage analytics projects end-to-end, including gathering and documenting requirements from marketing business partners, designing data models, and creating reports/visualizations and analyses. Identify trends, patterns, and outliers by analyzing complex data sets to uncover valuable insights that enhance business performance. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting, and identify opportunities for report enhancements to improve overall data analysis capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, finance, and operations to align sales-marketing strategies with overall business goals. Present reports and analyses with complex technical details to the business and marketing leadership. Act as subject matter resource in marketing reporting and analytics (pipeline/funnel and campaign analyses, etc.) as well as business systems (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.).
