The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks, data preprocessing, and model deployment, combined with strong problem-solving and coding skills.</p><p>This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is eager to leverage <strong>AI, deep learning, and data-driven insights</strong> to solve complex challenges and contribute to the development of cutting-edge products and platforms.</p><p></p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><h3><strong>Model Development &amp; Deployment</strong></h3><ul> <li> Design, build, and deploy <strong>machine learning models</strong> for classification, regression, clustering, recommendation, NLP, and computer vision tasks. </li> <li> Perform <strong>data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data cleaning</strong> to ensure high-quality datasets. </li> <li> Implement <strong>deep learning models</strong> using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. </li> <li> Optimize models for accuracy, performance, and scalability in production environments. </li> </ul><h3><strong>Research &amp; Innovation</strong></h3><ul> <li> Stay updated with the latest trends in <strong>AI/ML, deep learning, and data science</strong>. </li> <li> Experiment with new algorithms, architectures, and techniques to improve existing solutions. </li> <li> Conduct <strong>proof of concepts (POCs)</strong> for emerging AI use cases relevant to business needs. </li> </ul><h3><strong>Collaboration &amp; Integration</strong></h3><ul> <li> Work closely with data engineers to design scalable <strong>data pipelines</strong> for training and inference. </li> <li> Collaborate with software engineers to integrate ML models into production systems and applications. </li> <li> Partner with product teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions. </li> </ul><h3><strong>Testing &amp; Monitoring</strong></h3><ul> <li> Conduct <strong>A/B testing and validation</strong> to evaluate model performance. </li> <li> Implement <strong>model monitoring systems</strong> to track accuracy, drift, and overall effectiveness post-deployment. </li> <li> Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and ethical AI standards. </li> </ul><p></p><h3><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></h3><ul> <li> <strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum 2+ years in AI/ML engineering or applied machine learning roles. </li> <li> Strong proficiency in <strong>Python</strong> and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras). </li> <li> Experience with <strong>data processing tools</strong> (Pandas, NumPy, Spark). </li> <li> Good understanding of <strong>machine learning algorithms</strong>, deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), and statistical modeling. </li> <li> Experience in <strong>NLP or Computer Vision</strong> projects is a strong plus. </li> <li> Familiarity with <strong>cloud platforms</strong> (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML services. </li> <li> Knowledge of <strong>containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)</strong> and deployment practices. </li> <li> Experience with <strong>REST APIs</strong> for model serving and integration. </li> <li> Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. </li> <li> Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in fast-paced environments. </li> </ul>
