<p>nepf, LLC is seeking a skilled Consulting Manager with experience managing business transformation efforts that combine functional process knowledge with change management expertise. </p>
<p>In this role, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives driven by transformational change. You will partner with clients to identify stakeholder impacts and plan tailored change management interventions where required. You will also design pragmatic approaches, develop implementation plans, and drive project delivery for transformational efforts, ultimately leading to tangible results for our clients. </p>
<p>Our team is based primarily in California, but valuing the flexibility of remote work, this role is open to qualified candidates based in the continental U.S.. Please note that due to our portfolio of clients, your work hours may at times be either West Coast or East Coast business hours. This position suits an individual with 5 – 8+ years of relevant Consulting experience and who is a results-oriented, go-getter with a passion for making an impact.</p>

<p><em>Your Responsibilities and Duties:</em></p>
<ul><li><strong>Deliver Tangible, High-Impact Results</strong>: Provide comprehensive project management for functional transformational initiatives, often cross-geography, to aid our clients in achieving their strategic business objectives. Support the day-to-day execution of transformation programs, including project plan development and ownership, internal stakeholder engagement, requirements definition, issue identification and resolution, resource management, and decision documentation.</li><li><strong>Become a Trusted Partner with Our Clients</strong>: Foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with clients and nepf team members and clients to scope, plan, prioritize, and drive a range of transformation initiatives. Provide both strategic and tactical thought partnership, presenting outcomes effectively to gain client buy-in and drive results.</li><li><strong>Shape and Deliver Transformational Change: </strong>Create strategic change management and communications plans and deliverables to address the people-related impacts associated with transformations. Work closely with HR leaders to effectively manage talent (often cross-geography) to successfully operate within new ways of working, new processes, and/or new systems.</li><li><strong>Contribute to nepf’s Continued Growth</strong>: Support business development and internal initiatives that expand nepf’s client base, enhance service offerings, and foster talent engagement and development.</li><li><strong>Independent Drive and Team Collaboration</strong>: You are a self-starter who can work independently, yet you also thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, bringing energy, professionalism, and collaboration to every project.</li><li><strong>Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills</strong>: You possess strong analytical skills and can tackle complex client challenges with creative, well-thought-out solutions.</li><li><strong>Effective Communicator and Storyteller</strong>: You excel at crafting compelling presentations that communicate insights clearly and powerfully, with the ability to tell a story that drives stakeholder engagement and understanding.</li><li><strong>Business Development Mindset</strong>: You have a demonstrated track record of identifying client needs, crafting solutions, and supporting business development efforts. You are energized by the prospect of helping to grow a new service offering and establishing it in the market.</li><li><strong>Technical Proficiency:</strong> Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams, with the ability to leverage these tools for data analysis and client presentations.</li><li><strong>Educational Background</strong>: You hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher (MBA strongly preferred), ideally in a relevant field such as business, psychology, or a related discipline.</li><li><strong>Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment with Ambiguity and Change</strong>: Employ strong problem-solving skills, effectively managing shifting priorities and adjusting plans to meet deadlines and objectives. <p><em>What Will Make You a Good Fit for This Position:</em></p>

<li><strong>Consulting &amp; Change Management Expertise</strong>: You bring 5–8+ years of consulting experience in a client-facing role, with experience in complex and/or enterprise-wide programs at large companies (5,000+ employees). You have a solid foundation in organizational change management principles, with experience in risk and resistance assessment, and strategies for driving stakeholder buy-in and adoption. </li>
<li><strong>Passion for Transformation: </strong>You’re enthusiastic about driving organizational change and have a strong understanding of the people, processes, and technologies that drive at least one corporate back-office function (e.g., HR, Finance, IT, etc.). You also have experience leading transformational efforts in a global environment with international stakeholders.</li>
<li><strong>Client-Centric Mindset with Strong Interpersonal Skills</strong>: You are highly client-oriented, with a natural ability to build trust and credibility. You’re comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels, and you communicate insights in a way that resonates and inspires action. You are adept at building strong client relationships.</li>
<li><strong>Project Management and Organizational Skills</strong>: You are proactive in managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You have a strong track record of delivering with excellence.</li>
