<h2><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION</strong></h2>
<p>As an <strong>Amazon Virtual Assistant</strong>, you will be responsible for supporting private label Amazon sellers with various backend tasks to ensure their business runs smoothly. Your role involves a range of tasks related to product management, logistics, inventory control, customer service, and supplier coordination.<br><br></p>
<h2><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></h2>
<ul><li><strong>Product Research</strong>: Conduct daily product research to identify profitable products and emerging market trends.</li><li><strong>Amazon Case Management</strong>: Manage all communications with Amazon, focusing on refunds, disputes, and open cases.</li><li><strong>Inventory Management</strong>: Monitor stock levels, track shipments, and manage reorders.</li><li><strong>Competitor Analysis</strong>: Research and track competitors, keeping updated on their strategies and performance.</li><li><strong>Supplier Management</strong>: Handle supplier relationships, including sourcing new products from overseas suppliers (e.g., China, Alibaba, DH Gate, AliExpress).</li><li><strong>Product Listing</strong>: Create and optimize product listings using flat files, focusing on keywords and listing improvements.</li><li><strong>Customer Service</strong>: Address customer inquiries, manage feedback, and ensure account health is maintained.</li><li><strong>Reports Generation</strong>: Compile regular reports related to sales, inventory, and account health.</li><li><strong>Account Health: </strong>Managing and helping maintain a healthy account and grow the Amazon store.<br><br></li></ul>

<ul><li>General Virtual Assistance with a focus on <strong>Private Label Sellers</strong></li><li>Specialized in backend tasks (e.g., <strong>Product Listing, Logistics &amp; Supplier Management, Inventory Management, Customer Service, Reports Generation, Listing Optimization</strong>)</li><li><strong>Focus Areas</strong>:<ul><li>Sourcing new products from overseas suppliers.</li><li>Promotion of listings by creating discounts.</li><li>Managing branded product listings.<br><br></li></ul></li></ul>
<h2><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></h2>
<ul><li>High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.</li><li>Preferably w/ <strong>Amazon experience</strong> (background in Logistics &amp; Supplier Management)</li><li>With a <strong>background in Finance</strong> is a plus.</li><li>Proficient in <strong>MS Excel</strong> or <strong>Google Sheets</strong> (knowledge of formulas is required).</li><li><strong>Fluent in English</strong>, both written and spoken.</li><li>Strong <strong>time-management</strong> skills and the ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>With good character and willing to work on a graveyard shift is a plus.</li><li>Willingness to undergo training and adapt to new processes.</li><li>Available for full-time work.<br><br></li></ul>

<p><strong>Backup Device</strong>:</p>
<ul><li><strong>Processor</strong>: Intel Core i3 / Ryzen 3 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD equivalent.</li><li><strong>RAM</strong>: Minimum 4 GB.</li><li><strong>Storage</strong>: Minimum of 112 GB.</li><li><strong>Internet Speed</strong>: At least 10 Mbps for both download and upload speeds.</li></ul>
