We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various platforms and systems. This is a remote position ideal for self-starters who can manage their time effectively and deliver accurate results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Input, update, and maintain accurate data into internal systems and databases
• Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and incomplete information
• Perform routine data audits and quality checks
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all company and client data
• Respond to emails and queries related to data tasks
• Follow company procedures and protocols for data handling and processing
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure project goals are met

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate's degree or higher (preferred)
• Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or related field
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with a high level of accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable internet connection and home office setup
