You’ll work with state-of-the-art business management systems including Simpro CRM, managing everything from customer relationships to inventory control. The role offers tremendous growth potential, starting part-time with the opportunity to expand to full-time as you become more embedded in the team. You’ll be working remotely while maintaining close collaboration with the leadership team through modern communication tools, making a real difference in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.<br></p>

<li>Manage comprehensive data entry and customer relationship activities in Simpro CRM system<br></li>
<li>Process invoicing, payments, and credit notes through integrated business management platforms<br></li>
<li>Oversee procurement activities and purchase order processing to support operations<br></li>
<li>Create advanced Excel spreadsheets with formulas and algorithms for inventory management<br></li>
<li>Coordinate two critical email channels (administration and accounts) ensuring seamless communication<br></li>
<li>Manage executive calendars across the leadership team using integrated Outlook systems<br></li>
<li>Lead inventory reconciliation projects and implement new barcode management systems<br></li>
<li>Monitor stock levels and execute automated reordering processes using system-generated reports<br></li>
<li>Maintain comprehensive health and safety documentation to support certification requirements<br></li>
<li>Support digital marketing initiatives including website management and social media activities<br></li>
<li>Execute strategic customer outreach programs and maintain relationship databases<br></li>
<li>Track and report on key performance indicators to support business decision-making<br></li>
<li>Manage invoice processing through EasyBills with seamless API integration to primary systems<br></li>

<li>Proven expertise in Excel including advanced formulas, data analysis, and algorithm creation<br></li>
<li>Strong administrative background with experience in fast-paced business environments<br></li>

<li>Exceptional data entry skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy<br></li>
<li>Experience with CRM systems (Simpro knowledge preferred but comprehensive training provided)<br></li>
