Investing in people, premises and processes, we deliver outstanding care in around 2,500 locations globally. </span></p><p><br></p><p><b style="font-size: 24px;">About the role</b></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">As CRM Analytics Manager, you’ll be central to improving CRM effectiveness by creating robust measurement frameworks, insightful analysis, and actionable recommendations. You’ll help us understand customer interactions across digital touchpoints and identify opportunities to enhance performance, retention, and lifetime value.</span></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b style="font-size: 24px;">What You’ll Bring</b></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">*2+ years’ experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g. Emarsys, Braze, SFMC)</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">*Advanced Power BI skills (DAX, time intelligence, complex data models, scheduling, etc.)</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">*Strong analytical mindset with the ability to source, process, and present data-driven insights</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">*Proficiency in SQL across platforms and ideally Google BigQuery</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">*Experience in AB testing, including design, measurement, and statistical analysis</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">*Expertise in customer lifetime analysis, segmentation, loyalty, and churn modelling</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">*Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field</span></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b style="font-size: 16px;">*Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)</b></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">Ability to navigate large, multi-national organisations</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">Experience with R/Python for analytics</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">Familiarity with machine learning for customer segmentation</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">Understanding of data pipelines and collaboration with Data Engineering teams</span></p><p><br></p><p><b style="font-size: 16px;">*Desirable Extras</b></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">Experience in subscription-based or ecommerce businesses</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">Background in veterinary or pet-related industries</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">A genuine love for pets!</span></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b style="font-size: 24px;">What We Offer:</b></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">At IVC Evidensia we recognise that our people are fundamental to the success of our business.
