Clark Resources is currently seeking qualified Call Center Representatives for an upcoming project. The role involves managing a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls with the goal of delivering a positive customer experience characterized by courtesy and professionalism. Representatives will actively listen to clients to understand the purpose of their call, address all questions, and provide accurate, efficient responses. Communication will be conducted via web-based tools and telephone. Proficiency in typing, grammar, and documentation within various computer applications is required.
Ideal candidates should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and efficient. Professionalism, reliability, knowledgeability, and adaptability are essential qualities.

Job Details:
- Full-time
