Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services.
• Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of client communications.
• Engage in warm calling to follow up with leads generated from marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for further engagement.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure appointments effectively.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while communicating with potential clients, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
• Assist in business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities through research and outreach.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with technology sales and CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results through persuasive communication.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
