The Product Manager for eBay Live - Seller Success will play a crucial role in defining and enhancing the product experiences for live streaming sellers on eBay. This position focuses on driving seller success through innovative tools and strategies, ensuring that sellers can effectively engage with their audience and grow their businesses. The role requires a data-driven and customer-centric approach, collaborating with various teams to deliver a robust product roadmap and establish key success metrics.
Responsibilities
• Become a thought leader in the live commerce space to develop and champion a product strategy for driving seller success.

• Define and iterate on a zero-to-one product roadmap while balancing requests and dependencies from established eBay engineering teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across eBay, including engineering, design, research, analytics, marketing, legal, operations, customer support, and business units.
,
• Establish key success metrics and report on product performance, insights, and risks to goal with eBay leadership.
,
• Earn the trust of the seller experience engineering team through a deep understanding of seller pain points and drive technical decisions to unblock feature development.
,
• Take ownership of the seller success strategy and represent the voices of the Live sellers and buyers in all product decisions.
Requirements
• 3+ years of product management or strategy consulting experience, preferably in e-commerce.

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
,
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and make tradeoffs based on incomplete data.

• Consistent track record to define and execute on complex product roadmaps through cross-functional collaboration.

• High levels of ownership and an entrepreneurial spirit to identify and address emerging problems.
