Data Analyst (Excel & ZoomInfo)

<h3><strong>Data Analyst (Excel &amp; ZoomInfo)</strong></h3><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>About the Role:</strong><br>We’re seeking a detail-oriented <strong>Data Analyst</strong> to support our sales and <em>marketing</em> teams with accurate, well-organized data. You’ll work with <strong>Excel</strong> and <strong>ZoomInfo</strong> to gather, clean, and manage lead information, ensuring our teams have the insights they need to succeed.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Source and update contact and company information using <strong>ZoomInfo</strong></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Organize and maintain large datasets in <strong>Excel</strong></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure data accuracy and consistency across internal systems</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prepare spreadsheets and reports to support sales outreach</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with the team to optimize lead lists and data processes</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proficiency in <strong>Microsoft Excel</strong> (formulas, sorting/filtering, pivot tables a plus)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience using <strong>ZoomInfo</strong> for lead sourcing or research</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong attention to detail and data accuracy</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines</p></li></ul>
