<h2>The Role</h2>
<p>As an Account Executive at Superblocks, you’ll own the full sales cycle—prospecting, pitching, and closing top engineering teams. You’ll work directly with our CEO and CTO, selling a technical product to technical buyers. This role is perfect for someone who’s hungry, product-curious, and fired up to break into accounts, win deals, and help build the GTM motion from the ground up.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>

<p>Focus all of your efforts on net new logo acquisition</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Partner with the CEO &amp; CTO and own the closing process, including negotiations and procurement</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineer leaders, and technical end users</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Create a plan which continuously increases our goals</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Speak with Engineering daily to deeply understand the features we’re building and their value proposition</p>
</li>

<h2>Compensation</h2>
<p>The base salary ranges between $90,000–$120,000 USD, plus a generous equity package. Final comp will be based on experience and skills.</p>
