<p><strong>Job Title: Amazon Account Manager</strong></p><p><em>Remote | Full-Time | </em>10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (Monday - Friday)</p><p>Remote VA PH is looking for a highly experienced Amazon Account Manager to oversee and optimize our client's Amazon private label operations. This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central, FBA processes, and listing optimization. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a strong track record of managing Amazon accounts from product launch through ongoing growth.</p><p></p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul> <li> <strong>Private Label Management:</strong><br> Manage all aspects of private label products on Amazon, including product launches, ongoing optimization, and daily operations. </li> <li> <strong>FBA Shipments & Logistics:</strong><br> Prepare and coordinate FBA shipments, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve any issues with inventory, warehousing, and Amazon receiving centers. </li> <li> <strong>Shipment Reconciliation:</strong><br> Track and reconcile all shipments to ensure accurate records, recover lost inventory, and file reimbursement cases when needed. </li> <li> <strong>Case Management:</strong><br> Handle all types of Seller Central support cases, ensuring timely resolutions and proper documentation for future reference. </li> <li> <strong>Product Listings:</strong><br> Create and optimize product listings, ensuring SEO best practices, keyword integration, and compliance with Amazon policies. </li> <li> <strong>Content Writing:</strong><br> Write compelling and keyword-rich titles, bullet points, and product descriptions to increase visibility and conversion. </li> <li> <strong>A+ Content Management:</strong><br> Design and publish enhanced brand content (A+ Content) to improve the customer experience and increase sales. </li> <li> <strong>Keyword Research:</strong><br> Conduct thorough keyword research to drive traffic and stay competitive in product rankings. </li> <li> <strong>Reporting & Analysis:</strong><br> Use Google Sheets to track KPIs, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights on sales, advertising, and inventory.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3><ul> <li>Minimum of 2 years of experience with private label on Amazon.</li> <li> <strong>Focused</strong> and able to work independently with minimal supervision </li> <li>Exceptionally <strong>detail-oriented</strong> with strong organizational skills </li> <li>Analytical thinker with a proactive mindset </li> <li>Strong communication and time management skills</li> <li>Must have <strong>2 monitors</strong> for multitasking and efficiency </li> <li> <strong>High-speed, reliable internet connection</strong> </li> <li>Functional <strong>webcam</strong> for meetings via Google Meet </li> </ul><p></p><h3><strong>Preferred (Not Required):</strong></h3><ul> <li> Experience managing <strong>Amazon PPC campaigns</strong> </li> <li> Working knowledge of <strong>Adobe Illustrator</strong> and <strong>Photoshop</strong> for creative asset management </li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Weekly Pay</li> <li>Work From Home</li> <li>Negotiable rate, depending on the experience</li> </ul>
