<b>Description</b><br><p>As a Supply Associate Product Manager, you'll focus on developing and managing technology products that optimize our supply operations. You will work closely with supply stakeholders, data analysts, and engineering teams to understand their needs, identify inefficiencies, and implement data-driven solutions. This role requires a strong foundation in data analysis, technical aptitude with software tools, and the ability to work closely with various stakeholders.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Utilize data insights to drive product decisions and optimize supply operations.</li><li>Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts and engineers, to inform the product roadmap for supply-related technologies.</li><li>Work closely with supply teams to understand their workflows, gather requirements, and ensure alignment between product development and operational needs.</li><li>Oversee the product development lifecycle, from data analysis and requirements gathering to testing and implementation, ensuring timely delivery of scalable and efficient solutions.</li><li>Develop and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure the performance of supply-related products. Analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve supply chain efficiency.</li><li>Organize and communicate product updates, data insights, and progress to supply stakeholders and management.</li></ul><br> <b>Requirements</b><br><ul><li>2+ years of experience in a role involving data analysis, technical software support, or product management. Experience in&nbsp; a marketplace or e-commerce company is an advantage.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets. Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.</li><li>Technical proficiency with software systems and using API-based tools.</li><li>Experience working with data analysis tools like BigQuery, Excel, or other relevant software.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Passion for AI-driven automation</li><li>Experience working in agile development environments.</li><li>Understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management operations is an advantage.</li></ul><br>
