<h2>Overview:</h2><p>SOFTSWISS is hiring Boarding Manager to join our FinteqHub Team.&nbsp;The Boarding Manager is responsible for overseeing the client onboarding process, ensuring smooth and efficient communication with clients while coordinating with internal teams. <br></p><h2>About Product:</h2><p dir="ltr"><strong></strong><strong><a href="https://finteqhub.com/">Payment Gateway (FinteqHub)</a>:</strong></p><p>The Payment Gateway is part of our growing fintech software and payment management system. The team works on providing clients with a payment platform designed to help online businesses manage and process monetary transactions worldwide.<a href="https://www.softswiss.com/sportsbook/"><br></a><br></p><h2>Purpose of the role:</h2><p>This role ensures that all necessary KYC documentation and applications are completed, reviewed, and approved before onboarding is finalized. The Boarding Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining regulatory compliance and delivering a seamless client experience.&nbsp;<br></p><h2>Key responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process</li><li>Provide clients with the required KYC documents and guide them through the submission process</li><li>Complete and submit Merchant Application Forms (MAFs) and other necessary applications</li><li>Coordinate with relevant departments (Legal, Finance, Business Development, Technical, etc.) to verify and approve different aspects of the onboarding process</li><li> Create and assign tasks to internal teams for reviewing KYC documents, agreements, fees and other compliance checks</li><li>Follow up with clients and internal departments to ensure timely progress and resolution of onboarding-related tasks</li><li>Ensure successful finalization of the onboarding process (signed agreement)</li><li>Maintain detailed records of client interactions and onboarding progress for compliance and internal reporting</li><li>Identify and resolve any bottlenecks or issues that may arise during onboarding.</li></ul><h2>Required Experience:</h2><ul><li><strong>Education &amp; Experience:&nbsp;</strong><ul><li><strong></strong>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field</li><li>1-3 years of experience in client onboarding, compliance, or account management within a FinTech, payments, or financial services company</li></ul></li><li><strong> Skills &amp; Competencies:</strong>&nbsp;<ul><li>Excellent communication and client relationship management skills</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.</li><li>Knowledge of KYC and AML requirements in financial services</li><li>Ability to collaborate with multiple internal teams and ensure smooth workflows</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve onboarding-related issues efficiently</li><li>Proficiency in CRM tools, compliance software, and document management systems</li></ul></li></ul><h2>Nice to have:</h2><ul><li>Familiarity with KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements related to financial onboarding.
