<p><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">MODE Global is seeking a&nbsp;<strong>Collections Manager</strong> to join our Shared Services team. In this role you are responsible for overseeing the global end-to-end Cash to Collections process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. You will lead a global team, inclusive of our outsourced partner. This leader will oversee the full collections lifecycle—from managing portals and submitting invoices to coaching team members and resolving billing disputes. <p><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p>

<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Oversee and manage all aspects of accounts receivable collections across all companies, ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding balances.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Create and execute on collection strategies aimed at lowering delinquency metrics.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Oversee the day-to-day work of the outsource partner and analyze/solution problems with the partner as needed.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Oversee vendor strategy, sourcing, and contract management</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Lead and execute high-volume collection efforts through calls and emails enduring timely and accurate documentation of customer interactions. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Identify and execute various initiatives that improve DSO and cash collections.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline reporting and automate workflows</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Serve as the point of escalation for complex payment plans, bankruptcy and other payment adherence issues.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Recommend accounts for escalation, legal action, or write-off when necessary.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing disputes.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Identify root cause and trends leading AR to age and identify how to proactively address. </span></li>

<h4>Qualifications</h4><br><p><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><strong>Experience / Requirements</strong></span></p>

<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, related field, or equivalent experience&nbsp;</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounts, receivable and collections</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial role</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Management experience in a Shared Service Center is a plus</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Proactive problem solver that can collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, and operation teams.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Extensive experience in AR, Cash Operations, Collections Operations; inclusive of payment plan negotiation and bankruptcy. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Strong Microsoft Excel Skills, including formulas, pivot table, and data analysis </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Experience working with various electronic portals.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Assertive communication style with the ability to manage difficult conservations professionally</span></li>
