This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology and customer service who can thrive in both fast-paced live event settings and virtual support environments. The position requires travel approximately once per month and offers a dynamic opportunity to work across multiple departments and technologies.<br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Remote 70%, Travel 30%<br><strong>Job Type: </strong>FT International Consultant<br><strong>Salary: </strong>$1,000 - $1,500 USD per month<br><strong>Important:</strong> Only resumes and cover letters in English will be considered.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Onsite AV Tech:</strong></span><ul><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Handle audio-visual equipment setup, testing, and assistance during live events</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Interact with clients and deliver outstanding customer service on-site</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Ensure high-quality AV setup and seamless technical support during events</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Adhere to business-appropriate dress and professional presentation standards</span></li></ul></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Remote Helpdesk Support &amp; Onboarding:</strong></span><ul><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Provide remote technical assistance and helpdesk support to end users</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Assist with software installations, updates, and basic troubleshooting</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Offer onboarding support and technical orientation to new users</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Communicate clearly and professionally with staff to address technical issues</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Stay current with helpdesk best practices, systems, and internal technology tools</span></li></ul></li></ul><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span><ul><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Valid U.S. entry visa required</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Proven experience as an AV Technician and/or Helpdesk Support Specialist</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">High school diploma or GED required; College degree in a relevant field is preferred</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Advanced English skills in verbal and written communication are required</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Demonstrated customer service mindset and professional demeanor</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Solid organizational and time management skills</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Willingness and ability to travel approximately once per month</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Benefits &amp; Work Environment:</strong><br>At Opal Group, we value our employees and offer a comprehensive and supportive work culture.
