<b>Description</b><br><p>Our CRM division at abra is expanding as part of our growing Microsoft-related activity, and we’re looking for a <strong>CRM Systems Analyst</strong> to join us in a meaningful and versatile role. This is a great opportunity to join a professional and collaborative team, work with advanced technologies, and have a direct impact on business and technological processes across a diverse range of clients.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze business needs and define CRM requirements</li><li>Write functional and technical specifications</li><li>Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams</li><li>Lead client workshops, training, and UAT sessions</li><li>Support full project lifecycle from planning to delivery</li></ul><br> <b>Requirements</b><br><ul><li>4+ years of experience in CRM systems analysis –<strong> preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365</strong></li><li>Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications</li><li>Experience writing detailed documentation: BRD, FRD, and technical specs</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders</li><li>Familiarity with integration processes, data modeling, and system architecture – an advantage</li></ul><br>
