About the Job

As a Content Marketing and Program Manager at Splitero, you’ll play a key role in how our brand shows up online and connects with homeowners across the entire marketing lifecycle. You’ll be responsible for building and executing a blog and social media content calendar, leading SEO strategy, sharing our incredible homeowner stories through TikToks, and scaling content across multiple channels to keep our website and marketing fresh.

This role is both strategic and hands-on. You’ll develop content that educates, informs, and resonates with homeowners, driving awareness, engagement, and qualified leads. You'll also manage the operations behind it — from scaling production and distribution to reporting on performance. You understand the power of authoritative, original content, but also know how to leverage AI tools and best practices for discoverability.

You’ll report to the Director of Brand and Content and work closely with lifecycle marketing, product, engineering, and external partners to deliver consistent, compelling, and performance-driven content across our website, blog, social channels, and product. The ideal candidate has experience in the fintech, real estate, or home equity verticals and has enough holistic marketing experience to jump in and help manage affiliate, referral, and performance-marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Create, manage, and execute a content calendar for blog, website, and social media channels.

Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive organic growth through keyword optimization, blog posts, reviews, backlink outreach, and website improvements.

Drive brand storytelling with homeowner testimonials and case studies.

Develop a multi-channel content strategy that aligns with emerging AI and LLM discoverability trends.

Contribute to full-funnel content creation, from awareness to lifecycle conversion.

Operationalize and scale content production and distribution processes.

Manage freelance content creators and external partners as needed.

Provide analysis and upward reporting of content and program performance using GA4 and other tools.

Create and share engaging social media content, staying on top of platform trends.

Support the affiliate marketing and performance marketing programs, ensuring integration into the broader strategy.

The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $130,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

About You

Expertise in SEO best practices, keyword research, and link-building strategies.

3+ years on a marketing team, content marketing, or relevant agency experience.

Strong writing and editing skills with hands-on experience in content creation (written, video, and social). You know how to drive engagement.

Strong understanding of AI-driven content trends and best practices for LLM discoverability.

Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), PostHog, or other analytics tools for reporting, analysis, and optimization.

Hands-on experience with CMS best practices, platforms, and content operations. You know best practices for alt text and meta descriptions, and know elements that make you stand out in AI search overviews.

Knowledge of social media content trends and platforms.

Preferred experience and knowledge of the mortgage, real estate, home equity, or fintech verticals.

Preferred experience in affiliate marketing and performance marketing optimization.

Preferred experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Desire to participate in a fast-paced early-stage startup.

Adaptability: Embraces changing circumstances with resiliency and positivity.

Team-Oriented: Prioritizes collaboration, inclusivity, and teammate support.

About Us

Millions of homeowners in today’s economy are sitting on substantial home equity that they are unable to access due to rising interest rates and strict qualification requirements of traditional lenders. That means millions of homeowners can’t convert their hard-earned equity into cash to pay off debt, start a home renovation, or pad their retirement to better their lives.

Splitero co-founders Michael Gifford and David Zvaifler witnessed the problem firsthand throughout their real estate careers. They set out to create a win-win product that could help those homeowners access their home equity but not make monthly payments like traditional financing options. And thus, Splitero was born.

As part of our team, you will join our quest to revolutionize the real estate industry while helping families in need. We offer a suite of benefits designed to help you thrive in all areas of life.
