<p>The primary role of the Account Manager is to handle the day-to-day Client Service requirements on an assigned book of business. This book of business could have a Producer or Account Executive who has overall responsibility for Service, Placement and Business Development.</p><p>The Account Manager’s focus includes a significant amount of time spent on system activity and communication with the client via email or phone. They have great accountability to adhere to corporate initiatives, process and procedures, including system of record data integrity.</p><p>The AM is a key member of the client team and provides direction to any 3rd party vendors who have responsibility for the account.</p><p></p><p><b>Your Impact: </b></p><ul><li><b>Client management:</b><ul><li>At the direction of the Producer or Account Executive (Prod/AE), participates in renewal strategy including discussion of the markets to approach, claims reviews and exposure gathering</li><li>Manages a renewal book of business, including creation of submissions, supporting the placement process, including Proposals and Binding.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide support in drafting exposure gathering information, loss exhibits, submissions and proposals.</li><li>Obtain loss run or policy documentation directly from a carrier website as needed.</li><li>Work with Associate Account manager or 3rd party vendor to issue Certificates, Invoices, <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">policy/endorsement/audit</span> checking</li><li>Submitting and managing changes to the carrier per the client’s request</li><li>Update the system of record to properly reflect conversations, communications and policy documentation</li><li>Processing of monthly, quarterly or annually audits and monthly reports as received</li><li>Handling contract reviews that are not complex in nature</li><li>Claims management; instructing the client to report notice of loss directly to the carrier or provide claims reporting and support for ongoing large claims.</li><li>Primary recipient of daily questions or changes from the client or forwarded by the Prod/AE.</li></ul></li><li><b>Carrier &amp; Wholesaler Relationships</b><ul><li>Align RSC with our partner carriers and intermediaries so that renewals are placed with ideal markets</li><li>Implementation of the “Fewer &amp; Stronger” market consolidation initiative.
