<li>Schedule: Monday to Friday; 10 AM to 7 PM ET with 1-hour unpaid break<br></li>

<li>2% on all deals<br></li>
<li>Accelerators after 500K-1M of revenue of 1%<br></li>
<li>Above 1M million, additional 1%<br></li>
<li>Uncapped commissions, accelerators are based on an annual basis<br></li>
</ul> Job Description:<br> We’re looking for a results-oriented B2B Enterprise Sales specialist to lead our efforts in&nbsp;securing new commercial, state and government contracts. This role blends strategic&nbsp;sales expertise with operational oversight, including managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), driving outreach, and leveraging advanced AI tools for prospecting and lead&nbsp;generation. This role will report directly to the CEO, supporting all go to market initiatives&nbsp;and helping build out sales functions, including adopting new systems, sharing feedback, building relationships with clients.<br><br> Responsibilities:<br>
<ul>
<li>Own and Manage the end-to-end RFP process:<br></li>
<ul>
<li>Document preparation and consolidation<br></li>
<li>General email and call related work<br></li>
</ul>
<li>Proactively identify and pursue new general contracting opportunities in commercial and government sectors<br></li>
<li>Utilize cutting-edge AI tools and platforms for lead generation, qualification, and outbound outreach<br></li>
<li>Drive B2B-level sales strategies and complex deal negotiations<br></li>
<li>Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and procurement teams<br></li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with operational capabilities<br></li>
<li>Monitor industry trends and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and bidding requirements<br></li>
<li>High volume calling and emailing to key prospects both in the government and commercial sectors<br></li>
</ul> Requirements:<br>
<ul>
<li>Proven track record in sales in the construction, transportation, general contracting, or B2B and B2G (business-to-government) space<br></li>
<li>Strong experience with enterprise selling, complex negotiations, and long sales cycles<br></li>
<li>Natural “hunter” mentality with a strong drive to identify and close new opportunities<br></li>
<li>Familiarity with modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Apollo, Lusha, Seamless.AI) for prospecting and outreach<br></li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<br></li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling RFP documentation and contract workflows<br></li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment<br></li>
