The ability to analyze this data is crucial, as the Scheduler will identify potential strategies and offer suggestions to resolve issues that arise from the data analysis. The position also entails performing clerical duties such as typing, filing, and completing simple forms, which are essential for maintaining organized records and documentation. Additionally, the Provider Scheduler will operate standard office machines, including copiers, scanners, and personal computers, and may serve as the receptionist for the office. This includes greeting visitors and applicants, answering phones, directing calls to appropriate individuals, and preparing messages. The work hours are casual, typically from 5 PM to 7 PM during the week, with flexibility and the possibility of weekend work as needed.

Requirements
