This role is critical in optimizing product value and ensuring successful delivery of solutions that meet customer needs.</h3><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><div><strong>Customer Communication &amp; Product Value Delivery</strong></div><div>Serve as the primary point of contact for customer requests and relay them effectively to the development team.</div><div><br></div><div>Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable product specifications for developers.</div><div><br></div><div>Act as a liaison between the customer and the development team, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment.</div><div><br></div><div>Provide consultation to customers on product features and implementation solutions to maximize delivered value.</div><div><br></div><div>Collaborate with customers to prioritize tasks and plan product releases.</div><div><br></div><div>Accept deliverables from the development team and hand over final products to customers.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Product Team Operations Management</strong></div><div>Provide and maintain up-to-date information on customers, products, and plans to support informed decision-making within the team.</div><div>Support delivery: platform translation, align testing, and validate release readiness.</div><div><br></div><div>Participate in risk management and monitor overall product progress.</div><div><br></div><div>Join product review sessions and give constructive feedback to the team.</div><div><br></div><div>Contribute to the continuous improvement of team workflows, communication, and operational processes.</div><div><br></div><div>Propose resource adjustments when necessary to ensure product goals are achieved effectively.</div><h3>Requirements</h3><div> <strong>Experience:</strong> 2+ years in any of the following roles: BrSE (Bridge System Engineer), Business Analyst, or IT Communicator; Experience working with Japanese client is a must </div><div><br></div><div> <strong>Language Proficiency:</strong> Japanese language skills at <strong>JLPT N2 level or higher</strong>; Spoken English is a plus </div><div><br></div><div> <strong>Team Collaboration:</strong> Experience working on projects with teams of 5 or more members. </div><div><br></div><div> <strong>Technical Knowledge:</strong> Basic understanding of IT, business analysis, and project management. </div><div><br></div><div> <strong>Mindset:</strong> Strong product mindset with a focus on delivering customer value and improving user experience. </div><div><br></div><div><br></div>
