About the position
As a Manager of Human Capital at TTEC, you will lead a team of Human Capital Generalists to enhance employee relations and support business objectives. This role involves developing trusted relationships with key leaders, addressing complex human capital issues, and implementing effective human capital solutions to drive business success. You will play a crucial role in the Human Capital management team, contributing to corporate-wide initiatives and ensuring compliance with company processes.
Responsibilities
• Lead a team of Human Capital Generalists to meet business partner and employee relations needs.

• Understand key business initiatives and goals for supported business units.
,
• Identify gaps and propose changes to mitigate risks.
,
• Deliver human capital solutions to challenges affecting business success.
,
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key leaders at multiple levels.
,
• Act as the ultimate point of contact for escalated human capital issues.
,
• Participate in corporate-wide human capital initiatives requiring a human capital perspective.
,
• Ensure compliance with TTEC's processes and tools.
Requirements
• Extensive experience in leading Human Capital functions.
,
• Strong service delivery background in a global outsourcing environment.
,
• Experience with Shared Services tools including HRIS (SAP, Workday, Oracle, Success Factors) and ATS.
,
• Ability to implement operational excellence methodologies and design tools for process improvement.
,
• Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with expertise in utilizing data to enhance services and employee experience.
,
• Strong knowledge of multiple Human Capital disciplines and labor laws.
,
• Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.
,
• Strong leadership presence with a proven track record in driving transformations in Human Capital.
,
• Minimum of 10 years of Talent Acquisition and Human Capital experience.
,
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Capital in IT/ITES/Enterprise Services domain.

• Post-Graduate/Masters Degree in Human Resources Management.
