Link Prospecting &amp; Opportunity Discovery</strong></p><ul> <li>Research and identify relevant, high-authority websites and pages within our target industries (e.g. legal, healthcare, professional services).</li> <li>Use tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, BuzzStream, or manual methods to discover link-building opportunities such as:</li> <ul> <li>Resource pages</li> <li>Guest posting opportunities</li> <li>Broken link replacements</li> <li>Unlinked brand mentions</li> <li>Relevant directories or citations</li> <li>Local news and PR-based links</li> </ul> </ul><p><strong>2. Contact Discovery &amp; Vetting</strong></p><ul> <li>Locate accurate and relevant contact information (email, forms, LinkedIn) for decision-makers and web admins.</li> <li>Ensure outreach targets meet our quality and relevancy standards to avoid spammy or toxic backlinks.</li> </ul><p><strong>3. Outreach Execution</strong></p><ul> <li>Draft and send personalized outreach emails with compelling value propositions tailored to each opportunity type.</li> <li>Manage follow-ups in a timely manner to maintain consistent communication.</li> <li>Track and document outreach performance (replies, positive responses, links secured).</li> </ul><p><strong>4. Relationship Management</strong></p><ul> <li>Build long-term relationships with webmasters, journalists, bloggers, and influencers.</li> <li>Handle negotiations or collaboration terms (e.g. guest post content, link exchanges) with professionalism and alignment to SEO best practices.</li> </ul><p><strong>5.
