<p><u><strong>Position Summary</strong>:</u></p>
<p>Support the customer insights associate manager in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data to support assortment, merchandising and distribution strategies.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Create visuals, update data, and format PowerPoints in support of sales presentations</li>
<li>Assist Customer Insights team in analyzing data to assess trends, performance drivers and identify mutually beneficial growth opportunities</li>
<li>Develop knowledge of the shopper, the category and customers via internal and external data analysis (Customer POS, syndicated data, trends reports, etc)</li>
<li>Assist in developing recommendations to optimize assortments, shelf space allocation and merchandising</li>
<li>Help create content to support sales stories for line reviews and other key touchpoints with customers</li>
<li>Support ad hoc analysis requests through gathering data from third party data sources</li>
<li>Access dashboards and reports to monitor category performance and report on KPIs</li>
<li>Upholds and demonstrates leadership in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities.</li>
<li>This position has food Safety Responsibilities.</li>
<li>Other responsibilities, as necessary.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Supervisory</strong>: </p>
<p>This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.</p>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>BA in business administration, analytics, finance, marketing or related field or 3 years equivalent experience</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and a curious mindset</li>
<li>High data aptitude with ability to gain a strong working knowledge in Customer POS and syndicated data</li>
<li>0-2 years of category management experience, CPG experience a plus</li>
<li>Strong communication, presentation and people skills</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
</ul>
