<p>We’re looking for a highly driven <strong>Affiliate Marketing Manager</strong> to take full ownership of our performance-driven affiliate and partner acquisition strategy. This is not your traditional marketing role—you will operate like a business owner, focused on driving revenue through strategic partnerships and high-converting traffic sources.</p>
<p>This role is ideal for someone with deep roots in the lead gen/pay-per-call ecosystem and a hunger to build something big. You’ll be joining a small, high-impact team and will collaborate directly with the founders to scale affiliate-driven lead generation into a major revenue channel.</p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul><li><strong>Own</strong> the full lifecycle of affiliate partnerships—from identification and outreach to onboarding, activation, and performance optimization.<br><br></li><li>Proactively <strong>source and close</strong> high-potential affiliates, publishers, and lead generation partners in the real estate investment niche.<br><br></li><li>Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with partners and act as the point person for all communications.<br><br></li><li>Track, analyze, and <strong>optimize affiliate performance</strong> using data to increase ROI, volume, and quality of leads.<br><br></li><li><strong>Negotiate</strong> payouts, bonuses, and custom deal structures that align with business goals.<br><br></li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (paid media, sales, product) to create aligned, cross-functional growth initiatives.<br><br></li><li>Report directly to leadership with insights, forecasts, and opportunities to scale.<br><br></li></ul>
